The minute I heard Lautrec evil laugh, I just said 'he is dying before he screws me up later in the game' I mean he was locked up for a reason, but damn his hits slash through my shield, but he rolls like a drunkard.

hhahahah so yes, You've encountered Yurt. Thankfully I didn't really like him after I released him from his cage - fought him on the ramparts @ the Tower. Wasn't easy, since I wasn't expecting a fight, but it was fun! Har har har.
I kept Lautrec alive till after the whole Candlemaiden issue, and hunted him down like I rightfully should! It was far more satisfying that way, mwahahahaha...
