No, they're not based off anyone. 
They're some of the few characters not related to anyone too.
But yeah, Cherry's hair ish similar to Ichigo's when it's short, and Bob always ends up looking very Ryou-ish whenever I draw him. Heck, most of the guys I draw turn out looking like Ryou because I'm weird like that. x.x;

Lol, ya reason she looked like Ichigo to me was cause her hair was cut short. I like Bob lol, my friend loves that name lol. Great job *smile*
