alternatively, check your graphics card can handle per pixel shading. - open windows blinds then go down to system settings - you will see it there. This will only work if you have windows blinds 5. Complete per pixel is enabled on in the full version of wb5, but if you have the shareware version of wb5 and your graphics card can handle it, on this skin the taskbar and start bar will be transparent.
