Comment on Fat Bottomed Nymphea II by xa-xa-xa

I noticed in the tutorial the line work was there when it started, when zoomed in the lines looked very rough like pencil but I guess it could be a brush. Was this scanned for the lines or did you draw it in the program? Do you sometimes draw out pictures on paper before coloring it? I love your work and the two videos you have are incredible.
