Absolutely! Man, it makes me sad when people prefer that. Back when the books were still coming out, I LOVED seeing people like Makani doing their own interpretations of the characters in fan art. I think a lot of peoples' drawings of the characters are more accurate to the way I see them than the actors that were casted to play their parts, with only a few exceptions.
