Comment on Pay the PayPal Fees by viralremix

I don't really care if i have to pay for paypal fees because if I choose to commission someone, I want them to be paid in full. Besides it's only a couple of $/£/etc.. so hardly a major impact : )

Just my opinion, don't hate me for it hahaha!
