I actually like Killer Croc's look better here. It's less threatening but it looks more animal like and less generic mutanty...ish...whatever. Personally I would have made Mr. Freeze something bigger but at least as a fish we can have fun with him. 
I imagine him floating there just glaring and going "I'm still dangerous!"
