Yes, what I should write is "He looks like lizard from FernGully", which is still true to me, as both characters, though definitely very different, bear some major similarities in design.

And yes the design has it similarities, although the reference I was inspired from was not FernGully but the egg-eating monitor lizard from Rescuers Down Under! Expression-wise anyhow.
