He I would not want to run into in a dark alley, and if I did, I'm sure I would never run into anyone ever again...
Depends on his mood, he doesn't always kill, kidnap, or torture his victims. Well he would kinda torture you by stalking you until he feels satisfied. In short he is bit of a sadist, but prefers aliens over humans so you are kinda safe.
