It's nice to see that you finally were able to make her. And it stinks to hear about what happened with fabric.com. Thanks for the warning. I don't want to risk buying from them with such bad service.

I don't completely dislike fabric.com, even with all the problems I've had. They're cheaper than minkydelight, shipping is faster, they have a wide selection of fabric. As long that nothing goes wrong with the order and you don't order lavender it's fine lol. The only thing that didn't impress me was their packing. I got my fabric i a box twice too big (could have saved even more on shipping! D:< )that wasn't taped well, and the fabric was just thrown in a huge plastic bag. It was still folded though. Ooooor I've just been spoiled with minkydelight and their adorable and neat packing lol

I try to stick to websites that just specialize in minky myself. And conveniently, there are a few minky stores located near me. Even minkydelight is pretty fast sometimes. Sometimes their priority mail is cheaper than parcel post. But I know what you mean about packaging. I order from fabric depot and my fabric was placed in a plastic bag inside a mail envelope. They did not even bother to close the envelope so the bag was poking out. >.< But the fabric was still in good condition. So, I've got lots of places to choose from, fabric.com just doesn't seem like the site for me.
