No X-grouping is set without a Sentinel.
Although the notion that the X-Me most likely will wipe out Juston Seyfert's heroic Sentinel in Avengers Academy makes me sad. :C

I actually haven't read anything from the big two in at least 4 years.

It's just another addition to Avengers vs. X-Men. I'm not reading any of it unless it drops into one of the titles I have on my pull list because lately big events suck.

Yeah... I've only been to the comic shop 4 times in the past couple of years and never really spent much time if any looking in any books. I still love drawing comic book heroes and villains but it's been a while since I've been excited about anything.
I'm always trying to limit myself to a few key issues. But there's always disappointments that I hold onto in case they go back to being good.
Example, the new Incredible Hulk series. Art is a ripoff of Marc Silvestri's and the plot got stagnant in the 4rth issue.
