I think I know how, I just tried to do it with the .sfw file and that didn't work (stupid). If you open it in flash, click file, export, export movie. A dialog box should pop up by now, Select "animated gif" at the bottom of the dialog boxand click save. Then another dialog box should pop up with some extra options, click ok and it will be exported as a gif file.
