You need a Scottish accent and an Estuary English (London area) accent to really pull David Tennant off. Sadly I can only do an Estuary English accent, though sometimes there's hints of Scottish (unintentional). I guess I need to watch David even more to pull off his Scottish one... Though, I can never, and never will be able to pull off the look like this.
