Honestly, the blonde girl doesn't strike me as bitchy at all. Sometimes people take a judgemental tone without meaning to, but in every other regard she was very accepting and chill about the whole conversation. She didn't even make fun of her, like a lot of actual friends would. Plus she seemed to show genuine interest in what Lisa was saying, beyond just formality.
