I had some water beads, and then I put blue macro beads on top and put some white glittery flocking powder for the clouds. ^^ And flocking powder looks really feathery.

water beads are beads that you leave in water and they absorb the water and expand into clear squishy balls. Macro beads are just decorative beads that are small and are usually used on glue for greeting or thank you cards. flocking powder is something to imitate snow.
