I took mine on Sunday, at 6:47 PM. Yours looks fuller than mine, but it may also have been your location. When did you take yours?

Can't deny the craziness, but I'm also too tired for anything. So sense I may not make, for sure is that.

I knew it was a day later.. You have more detail! Its beautiful, Loren. I just layered once to smooth out the grain in the sky. That is the only difference I see.
I tried to smooth the grain...but it ended up smoothing the moon, too. I might go at this again and redo it sometime. Thank you though! I'm happy you like it

since you love pictures of the heavens.I had the same problem. That was why I tried the layer. That way I could smooth the whole thing, but then erase the smoothing off of the moon herself.
You know...maybe I'll go back and try that. I'm so clunky with layers for some reason so I only do very basic stuff with them. great idea 8D
