The internet tends to be somewhat American centered but what can you do? The US of A is still the world's only remaining superpower so that influence is felt all over (even if it is somewhat on the wane). It is surreal how governments all over the developed world began pushing these draconian laws nearly at the same time and the interests behind them keep formulating new ones to take the places of legislation that is defeated.
