Sorry but doesn't work here, did I mess something? I have replaced SArtFile.bin to /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/CoreUI.framework/Resources and Extras2.rsrc to /System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Frameworks/HIToolbox.framework/Resources like it's proposed by the links in the ZIP
