The only thing that bothers me is his neck... It just looks a bit constricted near the base. Otherwise he looks great! Your style is very smooth and clean.

Well, I wanted to make him cartoony with his thin wrists and neck, but they indeed look a bit off compared to the realistic uniform and equipment.

I see what you mean. His arms look fine though, I think. It's just with the size of his head that little neck looks like it might snap. But maybe I'm over-thinking it. XD
