Hmm . . . does she wear a girdle underneath all that, or have some form of support? Not that the outfit looks wrong, but I can't remember if there was mention of such (Yay! Brain-fried-late-night-commentary!) in the story. Or maybe that's inferred with the comments on petticoats . .
But the boobies do stand out. They've got very nice support, and I can't figure out where they're getting it from.

I don't always write out every detail, but the Rha-kan'Ockian women commonly wear corsets either underneath or over the clothes. I recall I stopped liking this pic at some point, and might've written some things differently thereafter.
It also has a fair bit of mistakes (Hiid's too thin, Guarh's face just looks plain weird...) like most of the pics drawn one and a half years ago or further back (like the 'Desolate' one you commented on, I couldn't even draw women all that well back then XD), so it stays up mainly for reference.
