2 reasons that could be does the theme come up looking like a basic version if so you probably dont have the windows 7 theme files patched to allow 3rd party themes they would still just be locked to the microsoft ones. Grab the instructions from the link in the post above to get universal theme patcher to patch your windows 7 theme files after patching reapply the theme and you will be good to go
The other reason would be that your graphics card cannot handle aero I am sure u would know that though if was the case so the first option would be the reason why

Hi m8! tnx for replay. I have used Universal theme patcher and Theme Resource Changer and my graph card is nVidia GTS450, but theme is still basic :/
I've got it to work.. it was my mistake actually, I forgot that I have used in command promt sfc/scannow command to repair some windows files... and my windows did repair themes files so I had to patch them again with theme patcher!
great bud glas you got it to work ya 99% of the time it's theme files not being patched is why a theme comes up in basic mode I am glad you got it working enjoy the theme
