I've told you x3 it's one one of the official Temeraire book series.
It's a book that include collections of many different author's short stories and novels, including this one of Naomi Novik.
The Novik herself already wrote other little ones, for exemple she wrote  "Vici", the first bond formed by a dragon and a man in ancient Rome.
