! Ah, I was trying to model it's look after another style which I don't think I quite succeeded in 
. As for the animation it's self, that was lightly an experiment with Anime Studio. The software does auto tweening and that's why it looks so fluid but what the experiment was was using one set of bones along the whole creature with one poking out to see if a different part of the body could be controlled from the same set and still look independent.
As for the next one, I wish I had an idea right now. I'd love to hear your thoughts on that .
