((well, I found sai to work just as well as photoshop and you can get it for free _{I have a link of it in my journal somewhere}. And most tablets can be found at a FRY's or Best Buy (prices vary on brand of tablet). However, there are lots of people who've used a mouse to draw their answers out ( does this and she draws them out very well). Hope this helps ))
