Retaliation doesn't work. I for one, don't want to see anybody ever nuked again, especially innocent civilians, and starting yet another war won't be any more successful than the ones in Korea, Vietnam, Iran, and Afghanistan, outside of the fact that we just plain old can't afford it. Cut them off of aid, place embargoes on them, whatever, but please, not another war.
It isn't retaliation when international law which protects diplomats all over the world no matter their country when in another country that is what international law states. They obviously have no respect for international law we aren't talking about our laws we are talking about international law. Should we not respond then we will continue to see this over and over again.
