oh sure! i went to the wacom website to look at some help with tablet issues and downloaded the driver again
turns out mine was outdated so that's why it had the line delays
you just open the driver after and it reinstalls the new things or something that you need for it to work
if it won't work for you here then maybe try asking for help on the wacom website
