This picture was first brought to my attention months ago, and though I meant to comment on it and favorite it then I'm afraid I can have a horrible short-term memory at times. Anyhow, now as then it's an absolutely gorgeous piece, full of warmth and light and absolutely capturing that feeling of promise of a new day, which I have always loved and adored. I love the peacefulness of the scene, and the attention to detail throughout is just wonderful. Truly, excellent work!
