This is fantastic! I've been bemoaning the loss of 'Ms Marvel' and Carol's old costume lately (much the same way as I did with DC and Harley Quinn, Power Girl and Zatanna) but the more I see great artists draw it the more I geat and love the new look! I think it was the short hair which initially got mre because Carol's long blonde hair has always been one of her best features for me.
Anyway, great artwork, the costume looks realistic and the background's perfect, well done!

I think the costume will get better in subtle ways, once the various artists drawing it get more comfortable with it. Not to mention, there doesn't seem to be much consensus on how long her hair really is now! So, I aimed for something not-too-long and not-too-short. Aim down the middle and I can't be that far off, can I?

You're quite welcome! I'm probably a sucker for traditionalism in that I prefer girls with long hair and guys to have it short. But certainly your pic's length looks about right to me. I think with the initial annoucement I was all meh but after seeing it handled on the Avenging Spider-Man cover I grew to like it more (and I'm getting to be quite fond of the Peter/Carol pairing - seriously I'm supposed to be a diehard Pete/MJ shipper!) so what you say is very fair.
