Eew! Where did you take that picture, and why would you touch it?

Hehe - I took the picture of me and then digitally added to it as well. Basically when I do work like this I start out with a photo and get as much into the original photo as possible before taking it into PS- makes it much more realistic that way. On this one I used real blood (cows blood from a butcher), dirt on my face, and a clear gel face mask that peels off like skin when it dries. After I take the picture I bring it into PS to "decay" it even more. A lot of dodging and burning, color adjustment, and sometimes a brush or two.

Oh.... Oh, I didn't know it was a manipulation :XD: Well, you're pretty darn good at it!

Part of it is and the rest is in the original photo. IMO the best way to do a manip is to get as much real in the original photo as possible to avoid having to do too much manipulation. Thank you :)

I don't know how to manipulate photos at all. All I can do is just draw with mechanical pencils and (people tell me) shade fairly well. I can't color or anything. But that sounds like it would be easy to do
