Part of it is and the rest is in the original photo. IMO the best way to do a manip is to get as much real in the original photo as possible to avoid having to do too much manipulation. Thank you 
I don't know how to manipulate photos at all. All I can do is just draw with mechanical pencils and (people tell me) shade fairly well. I can't color or anything. But that sounds like it would be easy to do
