I gotta admit, at first glance I thought it was Shattered Glass Inferno, but yeah, it does look more like Grapple, and his statements would better suit Nega-Grapple's persona.
That's not Grapple's head, That's Inferno's head isn't it?
it lacks Inferno's head fins, and has Grapple's caution tape around the base of the neck.
There's no difference - they were identical toys aside from the collar assembly - the hazard stripes make it clearly Grapple even with the altered paintscheme though
Must be thinking Cartoon and new toy then.
