lol, it's this cartoon squirrel on youtube: Foamy the Squirrel. He makes a lot of angry rants that make a lot of sense. He makes this running joke calling himself, "The Lord and Master", also about starting is own cult, referring it as, "The Church of Foamy", or "The Foamy Card Cult".

His vids are funny, I really suggest looking them up when you get the chance.
