Oh, and I also tried copy-pasting the Leve folder to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes, but it still doesn't appear in Personalization.
No, when I make a folder "Leve" in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes, and then put the files of Leve in the Leve folder, it doesn't appear in personalization.
