No way I don't think these guys would actually be able to tolerate it. Not to mention it wouldn't make much sence especially with how to spend time with them with their dinosaur configurations.
And if they have them it would simply bringing more innocents to the battlefield that would likely cause trouble.
So in conclusion I don't think human partners would work for the Dinobots.
Another thing in the scraping episode it did show that the base was pretty large. Exactly how much I'm not sure but their is probably room for the Dinobots but as far as other facilities are concerned I'm not sure. Aside from rooms, a medical bay and ground bridge and such it's hard to tell what else is in the base.
