A little misunderstanding 
By texture I mean the texture of the fabric and it's facture, not use of premade texture to paint it
By texture I mean the texture of the fabric and it's facture, not use of premade texture to paint itoh! with the top, I paint the skin as normal, then on another layer i lightly paint the clothes, light enough so you see the skin still,
then i dot on the dots, then i copy and paste the stamp over and over rubbing out parts that isnt needed, then on top i add highlight
