Sorry for the delay in response. Yes, I do write the script myself, though the Interlude was written by ~rainrach at my request. Trust me, if someone else was writing, the comic would be a LOT better, story wise ^_^;; I do consult other Evo fans, if I feel they have a better understanding of a character than myself, to assist on getting their voices right :3
Mostly I just do it. It's really easy to get hung up on "this isn't good enough" or "no one wants to see that"... This comic is one of the few areas of my artistic life where I just say "I'm going to do this, and maybe it won't be perfect, but fuck it. I want to do it." ... basically it's a labor of love. I do it because I like doing it ^_^
