Sound's cool. I read somewhere, that many foreigners have learned to understand at least our speaked language quite soon, but actual speaking or writing is much more difficult to learn and take many years to perform properly. 
yeah, it's kind of the Marshall plan. I read about that german guy who married a finnish woman, he lives in Finland more then twelve years and he can properly use three and a half pads out of 15
