You know, I DID read it. The snark isn't making you sound more authoritative, just like more of a dick. And it is possible for a story to be both decently written and a terrible idea. I'm not an Identity Crisis apologist - there was a lot about that story I didn't like, and a fair bit that I hated, but there was a fair bit that was pretty well written too. You have to be able to see all sides of a thing, not just paint it all with one brush because part of it really sucked for you.
