Now would be the time to start putting it together; with Halloween around the corner, you can find tutus in any color of the rainbow. XD Man, I hear that... I'd love to do this costume, but it'll probably cost me a mint:

o.o that one's pretty~ hmm i bet you could find a lot of parts to it at a thrift-store/goodwill store. that's where i go to get parts to cosplays if i try to put one together. i got my stuff to put together my Kilala Reno (Kilala Princess) cosplay from those kind of stores. plus the clothing isn't that expensive~ (most of the time)

Goodwill is so awesome for costumes. ^_^ I've put together a few costumes for under $30 at Goodwill. I should be able to get the skirts and modify them, and probably a shirt that will work. I've also already found an affordable corset on eBay that should work. It's just the cape, bracers, and gloves I'll have to have done custom, and the mask will probably be the big-ticket item. I'd like to get it done in a really durable material, because this would be a signature costume, something I'd wear to everything (like Halloween parties and Renaissance Fairs, as well as conventions). I was looking into commissioning these guys: [link] , though I haven't even asked for a quote yet, since I'm sure it'll cost an arm and a leg. >_o
i've made two costumes cause of goodwill stores so far XD blue (FRLG outfit/pokemon/girl) and kilala with stuff from them <3
i actually saw an orange/yellow tutu in one today but it was huge so i had to pass on it.
renassiance fairs <3 i was gonna go as Vivi (alabastar outfit) this year but couldn't get the costume so i'm going as an OC dancer X3
-w- my sig cosplay will probably end up being Kilala Reno.. just cause i have her cosplay all set and no wig needed annnd i owe some DA followers cosplay photos of the kilala cosplay [s] has owed them that for a year now [/s]
