I don't even see a theme. It's just Kimber and Stormer with new clothing, rendered in a cheap looking 3D program. If you want an honest comment on this artwork, it needs a lot of work. It doesn't look realistic (even if it's anime, it can be done far better than this) and looks very flat and blocky. You'd be better off working in 2D or in a different 3D program, because this doesn't look nice. It looks fast and cheap.
