Comment on Chrome Glass by yoyos
Copy error: Setup cannot copy the file Arrow.cur.
If you encountered a copy error like me
1. Open the 'Chrome Glass.exe'.
2. When you get the error, leave it open. Because only now there is a folder in your temp directory. When you close the error, the folder will be deleted.
3. Go to %Temp%\IXP000.TMP
4. Copy all the files to another new folder, wherever you like
5. Look for 'Setup.inf', right-click and choose 'Install'
6. The Chrome Glass scheme should now appear in drop-down menu, in the Pointers tab (if that window was allready open: close and re-open)

Thank you kind internet genius.
Just use 7-zip or winrar to extract the .exe and just run the setup.inf from there
