also, have you also download the 32 bit version and replace the system files that exist to c:\windows\syswow64 folder which are 32 bit ones?

Omg, I replaced imageres.dll earlier and now I checked SysWOW64 folder. It was broken (0 bytes) ٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶. Now everything works fine.
