Really though.. What would it take to make this (or something very similar) happen? Whenever it is I can finally start planning to build a home, which is hopefully in the near future, I'm going to you.
Well, you need land or a building lot, we need to modify the plans in a development stage, draw up final construction plans, find and hire a high quality builder, and, most important, we need money!
