i know they were provided by Soundwave, the custom made ones you can see there (i know not many) were done by me.

they did twice. the first time very hard because the Union was the inferior force as we were just rebels, the second time we crushed them like an ant on our boot. now they may prove more of a challenge though their technology is still inferior
I think the IRS can beat them provided that the capitol are the attackers and the IRS defending forces had some Lucifer mutants.

yes any sort of transhuman party can wipe them easily, but their troops are fanatics and they are like the Draken in that they attack in numbers (though nowhere near as much) and their commanders are usually incompetent, though a few actually know how to make war, like general Akan here
Fanatics, but without training strategy and equipment, determination goes out of the window. Compared to the Draken they are no superhumans, so they should lose pretty easily.
Though melee or close combat in closed spaces may be suitable for them. You don't need aim to take out somebody point blank.
