open the template in paint
go to view mode zoom out, then grab the tiny box in the corner of the image and scroll the pallet larger to whatever size you need.
go back to home mode and use the select tool to highlight the template, grab the corner of the highlightet template the same way you grabbed the pallet box. then just stretch the template out.
instead of 6 pics resized you did the work in one.
