Comment on The First Kenpachi by NanFe

can someone please explain this stuff about "first kenpachi?" what exactly has happend to him and what is it about Unohana? i thought she was like kenny before she was captain (that she didn't know her swords name and stuff)
so please, tell me spoilers ._.
