As far as Killain is concerned, I can only see his fate going one of two ways. He will either become a slightly questionable 'good guy' or he will end up dying. I'm just waiting for the decision to be made by the writers.
And Rumple has been a little snappy/angry to the extreme the last handful of episodes. Hopefully he'll be able to cheer up and get some of his issues resolved.

Since Colin's a series regular, I honestly don't see him dying any time soon. Both Barbara Hershey and Michael Raymond-James aren't regulars, so I wasn't surprised to see Cora killed off. There's a rumor circulating that Neal might be next, so that wouldn't surprise me, either. I personally think Killian will eventually find peace...not sure if it'll be because of a new love or forgiveness.
