I think the reason this is getting popular is that it's the first thing that pops up when searching for "Sylveon" XD It was for me anyway

That aside, I love this drawing and Sylveon is amazing >w< I can't understand how some people have so many problems with it and at the same time NO problems with the ice cream one, or the berry one, or hell even Exeggcute.... At least this one is an animal and not food. I wouldn't put it past GameFreak to make an effin' pancake pokemon...
