Oh yeah, I've been preemptively blocked because of that stupid list :l never had people be mean to me, though. Although some idiot said that it isn't ad hominem if you ask for it...I was too amused to explain why that makes no sense 
I haven't been blocked because of that, but I was blocked because if I remember correctly, I didn't fully agree with their point. 
To be honest it's hard to feel bad about not talking to someone who reacts like that 
But still amusing to see certain types of people in the world.
