Comment on The Changeling Prince by gabapple
Can I ask you something though; say if the Changeling homeland and their society is indeed given a more of a look into in Season 4: which would you rather they went with: The Hive of the Kingdom route? I know you prefer the Hive and I prefer the Kingdom, but would you be alright with it if they went down the Kingdom route in the show?
It's fine, people would just find ways to work with or around it.
I think it's like what I said to Alex. What makes Changeling so fascinating is that their mysteriousness and ambiguity allows them to be whatever the story requires of them: they can be a bee hive, a barbaric nomadic horde like the Huns, or a cultured civilization. So maybe not going to deep into that in the show would be okay, given how some canon new information ends up nuking a lot of these theories and fanfics, say like showing Rainbow Dash's dad in Games Ponies Play; some cheered, whilst hundreds of orphan Dash fanfics suddenly all cried out in terror... and then silenced.
